A few simple Steps

You pack the boxes and we take care of all the rest.

 

Pack

Place your records in a Small Banker Box .

Transportation

We email you the Shipping Labels and UPS picks up your boxes and brings them directly to one of our nationwide secure production facilities.  

OR

We Ship Ourselves and equipment to your location and scan onsite.

Scan

A Project Manager is assigned to your project and will review the project specifics with you.  The project manager will prep, scan and index the first box and provide you with a Test Scan for your review.  Each member of our team will be Trained on your project specifics.  The project manager will Oversee the Project and keep you updated on its progress.

Deliver

The images will be place on a secure encrypted Portable Drive.

Shred

There is a 30 day review period prior to scheduling Destruction of the records.
